JACK

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

As the artistic director of M.I.N.D.E.R I am the driving force behind our vision. The aim is  to raise awareness of OCD and depression in young males, by working collaboratively with the local community, and mental health organisations. Breaking down stigma, creating conversation and raising awareness is what I am dedicated to making sure happens in our workshops and events.

ANNA

OUTREACH OFFICER

As Outreach Officer, I look to developing relationships with community leaders and liaising between various constituents such as, local charities, council and the university. I administer organisational programmers aimed at addressing men’s mental health and act as the point of exchange for the company, sharing and informing both the company and its established constituents of the new and relative information. I am initially the interface between the company and community. I will provide educational packs when necessary. Also, I reach out to professional working artists from the surrounding area to assist with the artistic workshops, poets, musicians, actors and artists.

ALICE

FINANCE OFFICER

My role is to deal with the behind the scenes running of the finance for the company as a whole. This can include creating a budget, keeping a record of accounts payable and accounts receivable, controlling of any money coming in and out of the company, monitoring and deciding on company assets and spending.

It is important in this role for me to work closely with all members of the company, to keep the finances balanced. Whilst also analyzing the different aspects of the company and create a financial 5 year plan for where we am to be financial at that time.

GEORGIA

MARKETING MANAGER

Here at M.I.N.D.E.R i hope to spread out message across many platforms in order to reach our aspiring audience. Using social media branches and our up to date website as the key platforms for promotion, we also aim to spread our message through posters, stickers and T-shirts. Working closely alongside Joel (Digital Marketing) to run the team’s social media pages and website, i strive to keep these platforms updated with new content as well as continuing to enforce a positive message from M.I.N.D.E.R.

JOEL

DIGITAL MARKETING

I am authorized to manage the social advertisement of our company. Facebook and Twitter are currently the social networking sites we are proudly advertising M.I.N.D.E.R on, and I aim to use social media to spread our vision.

SOPHIE

FUNDRAISING

My job role is to seek financial support for our company. I will oversee the ideas behind all of our fundraisers creating fun and dynamic ways of which we can raise money that are suitable and appropriate to the theme of our company. I will also oversee sourcing prizes and funding from companies in the Portsmouth area. Our company’s goal is to raise a substantial amount for a charity related to our topic, so a part of my job will be ensuring our fundraisers are successful and enable us to raise as much money as possible to support the chosen charity.

LOUIS

PRODUCTION MANAGER

For this project with the company M.I.N.D.E.R I will be responsible for enabling the artistic ideas of my Artistic Director, Jack, to happen, within the technical boundaries of the space and venues I feel are fit and in conjunction with the budget given. I am very excited to work with my fellow colleagues and really make a difference.
